Training sessions run 60–75 minutes, 4–5 days a week. The daily check-in takes about 5 minutes — you log your weight, how training went, and how you're feeling. The weekly strategy call is 60 minutes. Beyond that, the system is designed to fit inside a normal life. Most clients are working professionals — not full-time athletes.
No. I use a flexible macro-based approach — you hit your personalised protein, carb, and fat targets using foods you actually enjoy. No restrictive meal plans, no foods that are "banned." The goal is a nutrition strategy you can sustain long-term, not one you white-knuckle your way through for 12 weeks and abandon.
It depends on your starting point and your goal. For fat loss, most clients lose 1–2 lbs per week consistently — that's 12–20+ lbs over 12 weeks without sacrificing muscle. For muscle building, a well-trained man can add 4–8 lbs of lean muscle in 12 weeks with optimal training and nutrition. For body recomp — losing fat while building muscle simultaneously — results are visible but slower on the scale. What everyone gets is clarity about exactly where they are and exactly what to do next.
If you're following the program and doing the daily check-ins honestly, you will see results — because I adjust in real time based on your data. The most common reason people don't progress is that the plan isn't being adjusted frequently enough. That's the exact problem daily coaching solves. If something isn't working, I catch it within days — not weeks.
You leave with a complete maintenance protocol, full understanding of your macros and how to adjust them, and a training framework you can run independently. For form checks, you send me a short video and I give you specific feedback. You have my direct contact for anything urgent. You will never feel like you're coaching alone.
