WK 1–2

Foundation & Baseline

We establish your starting point — body composition, strength levels, metabolic rate, lifestyle factors. Your training and nutrition plan is built and delivered. Week 1 is about learning your new system, not breaking records.

WK 3–5

Building Momentum

You're locked into the system. Progressive overload is happening, bodyweight is moving in the right direction, and we're collecting real data on how your specific body responds. First visible changes start here.

WK 6–8

Phase Transition

Mid-point assessment. We analyse your progress photos, weight trend, and performance data. Calories, macros, and training volume are recalibrated for the second phase to keep you progressing. A deload may happen here.

WK 9–11

Peak Phase

The most intense stretch of the program. You're leaner, stronger, and the compound effect of consistent effort is fully visible. Training intensity peaks. Nutrition is dialled to the last detail.

WK 12

Final Assessment & Handoff

Full comparison of where you started vs. where you are. Progress photos, body composition data, strength numbers. You leave with a complete maintenance protocol and the knowledge to keep your results indefinitely.
